Task Remaining

Currently in this stage of the project development of the Records Management System the final stage of the database is underway, this institutes the various entry, update and delete forms along with the queries for reports generation, which incorporates the basic design of the user interfaces.

Action Plan/Schedule and Planned Project Deliverables

MAT Solutions plans to meet with MIC, mainly the Information Technology department on 11^th of March, 2007 to demonstrate a mock up system to allow additional changes to be considered and if any changes are to be made, if there would be sufficient time available.

The Records Management System proposed hand over date is scheduled for the 20^th -22^nd of March, 2007.
